Ceza uygulamas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc amac\u0131yla baz\u0131 koruma tedbirleri ile usule ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmlerde de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin de \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc teklifte ayr\u0131ca, idari yarg\u0131da g\u00f6rev yapan h\u00e2kim ve savc\u0131lardan hukuk fak\u00fcltesi mezunu olmayanlar\u0131n, belirli bir s\u00fcre mesle\u011fi icra etmeleri \u015fart\u0131yla s\u0131navs\u0131z olarak hukuk fak\u00fcltelerine kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rabilmelerine imk\u00e2n sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hakim ve savc\u0131lar hakk\u0131nda baz\u0131 disiplin cezalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan af getiren teklifin Genel Kurulda yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde CHP, MHP ve HDP, \u00f6zellikle \u201cmakul \u015f\u00fcphe\u201d konusunda itirazlarda bulunurken, Adalet Bakan\u0131 Bekir Bozda\u011f, teklifin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri esnas\u0131nda daha \u00f6nceden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda, \u201cMakul \u015f\u00fcphe ile tutuklama bizim hukukumuzda yok.
