Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul 225 bin 454 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 19,3) sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019u, 131 bin 825 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 11,3) ile Ankara, 71 bin 779 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 6,2) ile \u0130zmir izledi. En az sat\u0131\u015f ise 157 konut ile Ardahan\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131lan konutlar\u0131n 389 bin 689 tanesi ipotekli, 775 bin 692 tanesi di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015f t\u00fcr\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2014 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 16,3 oran\u0131nda artarak 134 bin 666 oldu. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul 26 bin 698 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 19,8) sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019u, 14 bin 794 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 11) ile Ankara, 8 bin 482 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 6,3) ile \u0130zmir izledi. Konut sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu iller s\u0131ras\u0131yla 14 konut ile Ardahan, 17 konut ile Hakk\u00e2ri ve 62 konut ile \u015e\u0131rnak oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 18,6 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 43 bin 113 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 32 oldu. \u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 9 bin 586 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 22,2 pay ile ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 ald\u0131. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu il y\u00fczde 40,4 ile Tokat oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 15,2 oran\u0131nda artarak 91 bin 553 oldu. Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul 17 bin 112 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 18,7 pay ile ilk s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 64,1 oldu. Ankara 9 438 di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Ankara\u2019y\u0131 5 bin 481 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130zmir izledi. Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n en az oldu\u011fu il, 10 konut ile Ardahan oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ilk defa sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 12,9 artarak 65 bin 844 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ilk sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 48,9 oldu. \u0130lk sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 12 bin 609 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 19,1) sahip olurken, \u0130stanbul\u2019u 6 bin 501 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Ankara ve 3 bin 685 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130zmir izledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 19,8 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 68 bin 822 oldu. \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda da \u0130stanbul 14 bin 89 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 20,5 pay ile ilk s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ikinci el sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 52,8 oldu. Ankara 8 bin 293 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.
