S\u0131ralamaya g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye, d\u00fcnyada en az borcu olan dokuzuncu \u00fclke oldu. \u00dclkeleri borcun milli gelire oran\u0131na g\u00f6re s\u0131ralayan McKinsey&#8217;nin 47 \u00fclkenin\u00a0bulundu\u011fu listede T\u00fcrkiye 38&#8217;inci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. 2014 itibar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bor\u00e7\/milli gelir oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 104 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rapor, 2007-2014 verilerini kapsayacak \u015fekilde haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin toplam borcu y\u00fczde 28 artt\u0131. Rapora g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin borcu di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden farkl\u0131 olarak kamu borcu \u015feklinde de\u011fil \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r ve hane halk\u0131 borcundaki art\u0131\u015fla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. 2007-2014 d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kamu borcu y\u00fczde 4 azal\u0131rken, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r borcu y\u00fczde 22, hane halk\u0131 borcu y\u00fczde 10, finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fc borcu ise y\u00fczde 11 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raporda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de devlet tahvillerinin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n elinde oldu\u011fu, ABD&#8217;de faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131 gibi bir d\u0131\u015f geli\u015fme sonucu yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmesi durumunda risk olu\u015fabilece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raporda Arjantin, Nijerya, Suudi Arabistan, Rusya, Meksika ve Endonezya da borcu az olan \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yerini ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EN BOR\u00c7LULAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raporunda en bor\u00e7lu \u00fclke Japonya oldu.
