Yeni\u015fafak yazar\u0131 Abd\u00fclkadir Selvi, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc yaz\u0131s\u0131nda S\u00fcleyman \u015eah Sayg\u0131 Karakolu ve T\u00fcrbesi’ne yap\u0131lan operasyonun bilinmeyen y\u00f6nlerini kaleme ald\u0131. \u0130\u015fte o yaz\u0131dan baz\u0131 bilgiler:<\/p>\n

Gizlilik i\u00e7erisinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen operasyonun karar\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Saray\u0131\u2019ndaki \u201dSa\u011f\u0131r Oda\u201dda al\u0131n\u0131yor ve gizlilik i\u00e7erisinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u00a0Operasyon karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra I\u015e\u0130D g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, hava \u015fartlar\u0131na kadar sahadaki bir\u00e7ok unsur dikkatli bir \u015fekilde takip ediliyor.<\/p>\n

Operasyon karar\u0131 2 ay \u00f6nce al\u0131n\u0131yor. O nedenle Aral\u0131k sonu ya da Ocak ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131 itibariyle de\u011fi\u015fmesi gereken S\u00fcleyman \u015eah Sayg\u0131 Karakolu\u2019ndaki personelin de\u011fi\u015fimi erteleniyor. O nedenle 6 ayda bir yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fim 8 aya sark\u0131yor. Karakolun ayl\u0131k malzeme ve g\u0131da nakli aksat\u0131lm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Operasyonu Kara Kuvvetleri \u00fcstleniyor. Harekat planlar\u0131n\u0131 Kara Kuvvetleri Komutan\u0131 Orgeneral Hulusi Akar yap\u0131yor. Hava Kuvvetleri ise destek unsuru olarak \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstleniyor. Operasyonun planlama ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi 2 ay s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ancak son 10 g\u00fcn her an d\u00fc\u011fmeye bas\u0131l\u0131p, operasyon yap\u0131labilecek seviyede bekleniyor. Herhangi bir s\u0131zma ihtimaline kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k yo\u011fun \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zel Birlikler Yerel K\u0131yafetlerle S\u0131zd\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Operasyon i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u011fmeye bas\u0131lmadan 3 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce \u00f6zel yeti\u015fmi\u015f birliklerimiz Suriye i\u00e7lerine s\u0131z\u0131yor. Sivil giysilerle s\u0131zan \u00f6zel birlikler, yerel k\u0131yafetler giymeyi tercih ediyorlar. Yerel k\u0131yafetli ve silahl\u0131 birlikler, operasyondan \u00f6nce yol g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar. Onlar\u0131n Ankara\u2019ya, “M\u0131nt\u0131ka temiz” mesaj\u0131n\u0131 vermesinden sonra operasyon i\u00e7in tarih ve saat belirleniyor. \u00d6zel birlikler operasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda da birliklerimize kar\u015f\u0131 herhangi bir sald\u0131r\u0131 olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik mevzilere yerle\u015fip,\u00a0gereken \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n

Sava\u015f\u00a0U\u00e7aklar\u0131\u00a0Havada<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u015eah-F\u0131rat\u201d operasyonu gece saat 21.00\u2019de ba\u015fl\u0131yor, sabah 04.45\u2019te sona eriyor. Z\u0131rhl\u0131 birliklerimizle Suriye topraklar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz operasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda hava kuvvetleri ile tam bir koordinasyon i\u00e7erisinde hareket ediliyor.<\/p>\n

F-16 ve Awa\u00e7s erken uyar\u0131 u\u00e7aklar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrekli olarak konvoyun \u00fczerinde u\u00e7uyorlar. Tanker u\u00e7aklar\u0131 havada tutuluyor. Bu arada Helikopterler i\u00e7lerinde pilotlar haz\u0131r tutulmak suretiyle her an havalanabilecek \u015fekilde bekletiliyor.<\/p>\n

PYD ve\u00a0I\u015e\u0130D\u2019e Giden Mesaj<\/strong><\/p>\n

Operasyon \u00f6ncesinde koalisyon g\u00fc\u00e7leri ile b\u00f6lgedeki yerel unsurlar PYD ile I\u015e\u0130D bilgilendiriliyor. Daha do\u011frusu PYD ile I\u015e\u0130D ciddi bir \u015fekilde uyar\u0131l\u0131yor. Peki I\u015e\u0130D ve PYD\u2019ye giden mesaj neydi?<\/p>\n

Operasyon s\u00fcresince PYD ve I\u015e\u0130D\u2019de en ufak bir k\u0131p\u0131rdanma ya\u015fanm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Ankara Operasyonu Nas\u0131l Takip Etti?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Operasyon Genelkurmay Harekat Merkezi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc olarak takip edildi. Genelkurmay Karargah\u0131nda eksi 2\u2019de yer alan harekat merkezi bir sava\u015f durumuna g\u00f6re her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bombal\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131lardan etkilenmeden, sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00f6netecek \u015fekilde planlanm\u0131\u015f bir yer. Harekat Merkezi\u2019nde Ba\u015fbakan Ahmet Davuto\u011flu ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k ekibi yer ald\u0131. Askeri kanatta ise Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Orgeneral Necdet \u00d6zel, Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n hemen yan\u0131nda takip etti operasyonu. Kara Kuvvetleri Komutan\u0131 Org. Hulusi Akar ise karargah\u0131n en yo\u011fun ismiydi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc operasyon bir kara operasyonuydu. Foto\u011fraflardaki yorgun y\u00fcz\u00fc birka\u00e7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr uyumadan planlamay\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesiydi. Hava Kuvvetleri Komutan\u0131 destek unsuru olarak yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 operasyonda aktif isimlerden biriydi.<\/p>\n

Operasyonun g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen y\u00fcz\u00fcnde yer alan kurum ise M\u0130T oldu. Operasyon \u00f6ncesinde sahadan istihbarat ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flayan M\u0130T, yereldeki irtibatlar\u0131 sayesinde operasyon s\u00fcrecinde de aktif destek sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Genelkurmay Karargah\u0131na ak\u015fam saatlerinde gelen Ba\u015fbakan, harekat\u0131n d\u00fc\u011fmesine bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren harekat Merkezine indi. Gece boyunca askerlerle birlikte olan Ba\u015fbakan Davuto\u011flu, zaman zaman sorular sordu kimi zaman da b\u00f6lgeye ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmeler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131. Gece 21\u2019de s\u0131n\u0131rdan i\u00e7eriye giren birliklerimiz saat 0.30\u2019da S\u00fcleyman \u015eah T\u00fcrbesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k ba\u015fdan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u0131rada 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda S\u00fcleyman \u015eah t\u00fcrbesini ziyaret eden Ba\u015fbakan Davuto\u011flu, bu s\u0131rada t\u00fcrbeye ili\u015fkin bilgilerini askerlerle payla\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015fbakan daha \u00f6nce b\u00f6lgeye gitti\u011fi i\u00e7in birliklerimizin gidi\u015f ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda ge\u00e7i\u015f g\u00fczergah\u0131na ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmeler yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan Bilgilendirildi<\/strong><\/p>\n

B\u00fcy\u00fck bir gizlilik i\u00e7erisinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen operasyonun d\u00fc\u011fmesine bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren Ba\u015fbakan Ahmet Davuto\u011flu, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131 bilgilendirdi. Son birliklerimiz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131m\u0131zdan i\u00e7eri girince Ba\u015fbakan Davuto\u011flu, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019n\u0131 arayarak bilgi verdi. Operasyonun ba\u015far\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan, Ba\u015fbakan Davuto\u011flu ve Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zel\u2019i arayarak tebrik etti.<\/p>\n

Caber Kalesine Defnedilecek<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u015e\u0130D\u2019in b\u00f6lgedeki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle durumu tehlikeli bir hal alan S\u00fcleyman \u015eah T\u00fcrbesi, T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na yak\u0131n bir noktaya nakledildi.\u00a0Daha \u00f6nce 2 kez yeri de\u011fi\u015ftirilen S\u00fcleyman \u015eah T\u00fcrbesi, Suriye topraklar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ve ayn\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte bir yer olan, “E\u015fme K\u00f6y\u00fc\u201dne ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131.\u00a0\u015eartlar normalle\u015ftik\u00e7e S\u00fcleyman \u015eah T\u00fcrbesi ilk oldu\u011fu yer olan Caber Kalesi civar\u0131nda bir yere nakledilecek.<\/p>\n
