Mecliste temsil edilen CDU ve Ye\u015filler h\u00fck\u00fcmet orta\u011f\u0131 ile SPD ve Sol Partininde destekledi\u011fi reform d\u00f6rt y\u0131l yerine alt\u0131 y\u0131l birlikte e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeyi, \u00f6\u011frenci kabiliyetine g\u00f6re e\u011fitim ve daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck s\u0131n\u0131flar gibi bir dizi yenilik ve de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri kaps\u0131yordu. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n Hamburg eyaletinde H\u0131ristiyan Demokrat Birlik Partisi-Ye\u015filler h\u00fck\u00fcmet ortaklar\u0131 ile Sosyal Demokrat Partisi ve Sol Partinin deste\u011fi ile referanduma sunulan e\u011fitim reformu reddedildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Toplam se\u00e7menin y\u00fczde 39,1 oran\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 490 bin Hamburglunun kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halk oylamas\u0131nda &#8216;Biz \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyoruz&#8217; adl\u0131 reform kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131 oylardan 276 bin 304 ile y\u00fczde 58&#8217;ini al\u0131rken, reformun kabul edilmesini isteyenler ise 218 bin 65 ile y\u00fczde 45,5&#8217;de kald\u0131. Oylar\u0131n 427 bininin tatil dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile mektupla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilirken, 64 bin 600 ki\u015fi de sand\u0131\u011fa giderek oylar\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131lar. Reforma siyasi partilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sendikalar ve \u00e7o\u011fu g\u00f6\u00e7men \u00e7ok say\u0131da STK&#8217;lar da destek vermi\u015fti<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Almanya&#8217;ya \u00f6rnek olmas\u0131 beklenen \u00f6zellikle g\u00f6\u00e7men k\u00f6kenli ve e\u011fitimden uzak ailelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na e\u015fit imkan sunma, daha adaletli, daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve daha etkili e\u011fitim vermeyi ama\u00e7layan e\u011fitim reformunun kabul edilmemesi ba\u015fta h\u00fck\u00fcmet ortaklar\u0131 ve destek veren partiler kadar \u00e7o\u011fu g\u00f6\u00e7men STK&#8217;lar ve sendikalar taraf\u0131ndan da \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc ile kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131ndan sonra Eyalet Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Ole von Beust ve Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Christa Goetsch ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;Alt\u0131 y\u0131l birlikte e\u011fitim verecek Primaschule&#8217;yi yeterince insana anlatamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve onlar\u0131 ikna edemedi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7tan dolay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131k. Bizlere e\u011fitim reformu konusunda destek olan t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere mecliste bulunan parti gruplar\u0131, sendikalar ve STK&#8217;lara \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz.&#8221; denildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reform t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerin alt\u0131nc\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n sonuna kadar birlikte e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeyi, sosyal durumu iyi olmayan semtlerde \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 19&#8217;da s\u0131n\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve iki \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frencinin kabiliyetine uygun e\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011frencileri gidece\u011fi okulun belirlenmesinde ailenin durumu de\u011fil \u00e7ocu\u011fun ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re, ebeveynlere s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 ve istedi\u011fi okula g\u00f6nderme hakk\u0131 gibi birinci s\u0131n\u0131ftan itibaren yabanc\u0131 dil, be\u015finci s\u0131n\u0131ftan itibaren ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimi vermeyi kaps\u0131yordu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l mecliste oylanarak bu y\u0131l A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc girmesi beklenen yeni e\u011fitim reformu, reform kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n kurdu\u011fu &#8216;Biz \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyoruz&#8217;un toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 184 bin imza ile engellemi\u015fti. Daha sonra h\u00fck\u00fcmet ortaklar\u0131 ile bir araya gelen reform kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131 6 bulu\u015fmadan da sonu\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131nca reform kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n iste\u011fi ile halk oylamas\u0131na kald\u0131.
