B\u00fct\u00fcn yay\u0131nlar saat 21.00’den sonra serbest olacak ancak Y\u00fcksek Se\u00e7im Kurulu (YSK) taraf\u0131ndan gerek g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi halinde saat 21.00’den \u00f6nce de yay\u0131n yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilebilecek.<\/p>\n
