Tunceli Valili\u011fi, 4-19 A\u011fustos tarihleri aras\u0131nda il merkezi ve il\u00e7elerde bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik b\u00f6lgesi olarak ilan edildi\u011fini duyurdu.<\/p>\n

Tunceli Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cTunceli ili s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde faaliyet g\u00f6steren b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc ve di\u011fer ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin son zamanlarda yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 ter\u00f6r ve y\u0131ld\u0131rma eylemleri, ilimizin sosyal ve ekonomik geli\u015fmesini de olumsuz etkilemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu eylemler neticesinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, ekonomik, sosyal faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctme ve seyahat etme haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmaktan mahrum kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatlar\u0131 olumsuz etkilenen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. Tunceli Valili\u011fimiz, \u00f6ncelikle vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, mevcut huzur ve g\u00fcven ortam\u0131n\u0131n devam ettirilmesi, devletimizin ve milletimizin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ter\u00f6rist tehdidi ve sald\u0131r\u0131dan korunmas\u0131 maksad\u0131yla; b\u00f6lgesinde emniyet ve asayi\u015f temin etmek i\u00e7in ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tedbiri almaktad\u0131r. Bu tedbirler kapsam\u0131nda, 2565 Say\u0131l\u0131 Askeri Yasak B\u00f6lgeler ve G\u00fcvenlik B\u00f6lgeleri Kanunu\u2019nun 32\/A maddesi gere\u011fince; 4-19 A\u011fustos 2015 tarihleri aras\u0131nda bahsi ge\u00e7en b\u00f6lgeler ‘\u00d6zel G\u00fcvenlik B\u00f6lgesi’ ilan edilmi\u015f olup vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bahsi ge\u00e7en b\u00f6lgelere girmesi yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n

Valilik a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik b\u00f6lgesi olarak ilan edilen yerlerin il merkezine ba\u011fl\u0131 Kutudere, Bali Deresi, Hozmerik, Kurutlu, G\u00f6zlek-Sepertek, mezarl\u0131k b\u00f6lgesi, La\u00e7 Deresi, Ovac\u0131k il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda bulunan Karadere, Salderesi\/Piskik Ta\u015f\u0131 Tepe, \u00c7emi\u015fgezek ve Hozat s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bulunan Alibo\u011faz\u0131, Hozat il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda bulunan Kinzir Ormanlar\u0131, Naz\u0131miye il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda bulunan Dokuzkayalar, Kayal\u0131 Tepe, Mazgirt il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda bulunan \u015ei\u015fik Ormanlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu kaydedilirken b\u00f6lgelere ait koordinatlara da yer verildi.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan, PKK\u2019l\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan ara\u00e7 yak\u0131lan Tunceli-Erzincan karayolu da \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcnden bu yana ula\u015f\u0131ma kapal\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n
