Buna g\u00f6re; T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2015 Temmuz ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 13,5 oran\u0131nda artarak 96 bin 589 oldu. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul 17 bin 182 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 17,8) sahip oldu. Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019u, 10 bin 722 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 11,1) ile Ankara, 5 bin 769 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 (y\u00fczde 6) ile \u0130zmir izledi. Konut sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu iller s\u0131ras\u0131yla 14 konut ile Hakkari, 16 konut ile Ardahan ve 33 konut ile \u015e\u0131rnak oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0,5 oran\u0131nda azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 30 bin 754 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 31,8 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 6 465 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 21 pay ile ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 ald\u0131. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu il y\u00fczde 50 ile Hakkari oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 21,5 oran\u0131nda artarak 65 bin 835 oldu. Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ilk sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 45,2 oldu. \u0130lk sat\u0131\u015flarda \u0130stanbul 7 bin 591 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile en y\u00fcksek paya (y\u00fczde 17,4) sahip olurken, \u0130stanbul\u2019u 4 bin 294 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Ankara ve 2 bin 234 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130zmir izledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 15,8 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 52 bin 966 oldu. \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda da \u0130stanbul 9 bin 591 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 18,1 pay ile ilk s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ikinci el sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 55,8 oldu. Ankara 6 bin 428 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.
