Kendisinin de CHP ve MHP genel ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 gibi sorumluluk almaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131 halinde, Anayasal bir kriz ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Davuto\u011flu, \u201cAnayasa\u2019da diyor ki: \u2018\u00d6nce partilere teklif edeceksin, ondan sonra e\u011fer onlar hay\u0131r derse ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z atayabilirsin.\u2019 Bunun \u00fczereni nazik\u00e7e mektup yazd\u0131k. Buna halk taraf\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilmi\u015f 3 milletvekili olumlu cevap verdi ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u015flemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130\u00e7tihad\u0131n b\u00f6yle olu\u015fmas\u0131, benim arzu etti\u011fim bir \u015fey de\u011fildi. Ke\u015fke, team\u00fcl\u00fc, i\u00e7tihad\u0131 ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fturabilseydik birlikte. Peki, ben de bir parti genel ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019na deseydim ki; \u2018CHP ve MHP i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapm\u0131yor ben niye bu sorumlulu\u011fu alay\u0131m? Bu sefer, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de h\u00fck\u00fcmet bo\u015flu\u011fu do\u011fard\u0131. Bu konuda benim bunu deme hakk\u0131m, Say\u0131n K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu ve Say\u0131n Bah\u00e7eli kadar vard\u0131. Bir Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 bir Ba\u015fbakan\u2019a Anayasa kitap\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 f\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkenin nas\u0131l bir krize girdi\u011fini, Say\u0131n Bah\u00e7eli rahmetli Ecevit\u2019in yan\u0131nda otururken ya\u015fad\u0131. Ba\u015fbakan Davuto\u011flu, Tu\u011frul T\u00fcrke\u015f ile bakanl\u0131k teklif etmeden \u00f6nce bir temas\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki soruya, \u015fu \u015fekilde cevap verdi:<\/p>\n

\u201cSay\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f ile ben mektubu yaz\u0131p g\u00f6nderene kadar hi\u00e7bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmem, hi\u00e7bir temas\u0131m olmad\u0131. Ama Say\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019i ge\u00e7mi\u015ften tan\u0131yorum. Bir\u00e7ok toplant\u0131da birlikte olduk. Rahmetli T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019le ilgili yay\u0131nlanmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmam vard\u0131r. \u00dcniversitede y\u00fcksek lisanstayken; siyasi faaliyetleriyle ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma var. Aile ge\u00e7mi\u015fini de bilirim, kendi siyasi kariyerini de bilirim. Bu anlamda \u2018evet\u2019 cevab\u0131n\u0131 vermesi beni \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtmad\u0131. Hi\u00e7bir temas\u0131m olmad\u0131 ama cevab\u0131na da \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmad\u0131m. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Say\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f ile \u2018evet\u2019 dedikten sonra bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmem oldu. Te\u015fekk\u00fcr ettim ve ertesi g\u00fcn bir araya gelmeyi arzu etti\u011fimi ifade ettim. Sonra bir araya geldik, 1 saati a\u015fk\u0131n da bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemiz oldu. Say\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f, bence i\u00e7inden gelen sesi dinledi. \u0130\u00e7inden gelen sesin ona \u2018bu bir devlet g\u00f6revidir, \u015fuanda bunu yapmazsam ileride izah edemem\u2019 dedi\u011fine inan\u0131yorum.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tu\u011frul T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019in AK Parti\u2019ye ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in bir talebi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kendisinin de bu y\u00f6nde bir teklifte bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Davuto\u011flu, \u201cSay\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019le \u00f6nceden bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemiz olmad\u0131. Say\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f MHP\u2019nin bir milletvekili olarak, Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi vazifeyi yapmak i\u00e7in \u2018evet\u2019 dedi. AK Parti\u2019ye ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u2018evet\u2019 demedi. Say\u0131n T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019e \u2018e\u011fer siz partiden ihra\u00e7 edilirseniz ne olur\u2019 diye sormad\u0131m. O zaten, b\u00f6yle bir ihtimali g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak dirayetli, cesur bir karar ald\u0131, alternatifini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek b\u00f6yle bir karar almad\u0131. Hukuken \u015fuanda o MHP\u2019li iken bu g\u00f6revi kabul etti\u011fi i\u00e7in, Anayasal g\u00f6revini yerine getirmi\u015f bir Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r; benim nazar\u0131mda \u00f6yledir. Bu bir AK Parti h\u00fck\u00fcmeti de\u011fil ve bu h\u00fck\u00fcmete giren AK Parti\u2019ye gelmi\u015f olmuyor. Bu, Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ge\u00e7ici Bakanlar Kurulu\u2019dur. Burada herkes, o kural\u0131n gere\u011fi olarak orada. Levent T\u00fczel\u2019in \u2018hay\u0131r\u2019 demesinin HDP\u2019nin kendi i\u00e7erisindeki bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Davuto\u011flu, \u201cHay\u0131r, diyenlerin hepsine \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m. Bir k\u0131sm\u0131 \u015fahsen tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m isimler; \u2018hay\u0131r\u2019 diyen herkese \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m. Onlar\u0131 tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m kadar\u0131yla, tercih edi\u015f gerek\u00e7elerime bakarak \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m. Levent beyin \u2018hay\u0131r\u2019 demesi, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm kadar\u0131yla ba\u015fka gerek\u00e7elere dayan\u0131yor. Normalde \u2018hay\u0131r\u2019 demeyebilirdi diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. O, HDP\u2019nin kendi i\u00e7erisinde, EMEP\u2019in Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131, o anlamda farkl\u0131 bir \u2018hay\u0131r\u2019 o.
