1 Ekim 2015 tarihinden itibaren \u00c7inliler yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda UnionPay ile sadece 50.000 yuan\u00a0(7,038. -Euro) para \u00e7ekebilecekler. 2016 Ocak ay\u0131ndan itibaren bu rakam, yeni senelik kredi kart\u0131 kullan\u0131m limiti 100.000 Yuan (14,077.-Euro) ile s\u0131n\u0131rlanacak. Bu durum, \u00c7inli turistler i\u00e7in\u00a0sert bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama ve can s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir durum. Bu karardan \u00f6nce \u00c7inlilerin\u00a0g\u00fcnl\u00fck harcama limiti 10.000 yuan idi ve bu da senede 365.000 yuan\u2019a denk geliyordu.<\/p>\n

Bu yeni y\u00f6netmelik ile \u00c7inlilerin kredi kart\u0131 ile \u00c7in para birimi olan Yuan\u2019i, Dolar ve Euro gibi yabanc\u0131 para birimlerine \u00e7evirmelerine bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirilmesi planlanmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7in\u2019de vatanda\u015flar istedi\u011fi miktarda s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131zca Dolar veya Euro sat\u0131n alam\u0131yor ve her vatanda\u015f i\u00e7in senelik maksimum \u00fcst limit 50.000 Dolar\u2019d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
