T\u00fcrkiye Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Konfederasyonu\u2019na (TESK) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ziyarette muhalefete meydan okuyan Davuto\u011flu, \u201cGelin dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131 hep beraber kald\u0131ral\u0131m. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z hi\u00e7bir parti ayr\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6zetmeden, \u015fu anda mecliste dosya olarak bekleyen 506 dokunulmazl\u0131k fezlekesi var, hepsini birden kald\u0131ral\u0131m. AK Parti\u2019nin \u00e7ekinecek hi\u00e7bir dosyas\u0131 yoktur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u0130LLET\u00c7E \u0130RADE KOYMALIYIZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Davuto\u011flu, \u201c\u015eimdi g\u00f6rece\u011fiz bakal\u0131m, sahte meydan okuyanlar nas\u0131l tav\u0131r tak\u0131nacaklar? Ama bu fezlekelerle meclisi de me\u015fgul etmemeleri laz\u0131m. Bir celsede, bir oturumda bitirir, ge\u00e7er, gideriz. Anayasa\u2019ya ge\u00e7ici madde ekleyelim. Onlar ne cevap verirse versin biz onu meclise g\u00f6t\u00fcrece\u011fiz. B\u00f6yle bir ortamda h\u00e2l\u00e2 ter\u00f6ristlerin taziyelerine gidenler varsa hesaplar\u0131n\u0131 verecekler. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir yerinde ter\u00f6rist taziyesine giden milletvekili olamaz, bunu savunan siyasi parti olamaz\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131. Vatanda\u015flara da \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunan Ba\u015fbakan \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cTer\u00f6r, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek istiyor, biz onlara \u2018de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyece\u011fiz\u2019 diyece\u011fiz. Ter\u00f6r \u00fclkede kaos \u00e7\u0131karmak istiyor, biz onlara \u2018kaosa izin vermeyece\u011fiz\u2019 diyece\u011fiz, hep beraber diyece\u011fiz. Sadece devletin, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin siyasi iradesi de\u011fil toplumun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, sa\u011flam direncine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CHP VE MHP\u2019DEN CEVAP VAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ba\u015fbakan\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 B\u00fclent Tezcan ise, \u201cK\u00fcrs\u00fc dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hari\u00e7 b\u00fct\u00fcn dokunulmazl\u0131klar kald\u0131r\u0131ls\u0131n. Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 83. Maddesi bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede d\u00fczenlensin. D\u00fczenleninceye kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn dokunulmazl\u0131klar kald\u0131r\u0131ls\u0131n. Bu noktada ayn\u0131 hattay\u0131z\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131. MHP Grup Ba\u015fkanvekili Oktay Vural da, HDP\u2019li vekillere \u00e7oktan \u201cdokunulmas\u0131\u201d gerekti\u011fini bildirerek, \u201cTer\u00f6rist cenazesine gidip \u2018biz de sizin yolunuzdan gidece\u011fiz\u2019 diyenlerle ilgili neden bu kadar teredd\u00fct g\u00f6steriliyor? Beklemeye gerek yok\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MHP lideri Devlet Bah\u00e7eli de, dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na destek i\u00e7in 4 \u015fart ileri s\u00fcrerek, \u201cMHP, bu d\u00f6rt madde \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na her \u015fartta vard\u0131r. MHP hem ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadeleye hem de \u00f6ncelikli olarak HDP\u2019lilerin dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 iradesine tam destek vermektedir. Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n endi\u015felenmesine gerek yoktur. \u015eayet mecliste oylama i\u00e7in milletvekili eksi\u011fi do\u011farsa MHP bu a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesiz kapatacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201c\u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dcKTEN VAZGE\u00c7MEY\u0130Z\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Davuto\u011flu, AB toplant\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in Br\u00fcksel\u2019e hareketinden \u00f6nceki bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda da, ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in yeni yasal d\u00fczenlemelere ili\u015fkin \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin demokratik standartlardan geri ad\u0131m ataca\u011f\u0131 gibi bir kanaati yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadelemizi istismar etmek isteyenlerdir. Kesinlikle demokratik standartlardan vazge\u00e7meyiz. \u0130nsan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinden vazge\u00e7meyiz ama ter\u00f6r ve ter\u00f6rist bu anlamda e\u011fer yeni boyutlar kazanm\u0131\u015fsa onlar\u0131 da tan\u0131mlar\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BUNDAN SONRA NE OLACAK?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mevzuata g\u00f6re milletvekilleri hakk\u0131ndaki fezlekeler, Karma Komisyon\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Komisyonda, fezlekeleri ele alacak 5 milletvekilinden olu\u015facak Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Komisyonu kuruluyor. Su\u00e7lanan vekil, her iki komisyon ve Genel Kurul\u2019da savunma yapabiliyor. Genel Kurul\u2019da yap\u0131lacak oylamada, dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131nda, karar yeter say\u0131s\u0131 (139) yeterli oluyor.
