Duru\u015fmada,dosyada m\u00fc\u015fteki olarak yer alan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan ad\u0131na avukat Hatice \u00d6zay ile m\u00fc\u015fteki M\u0130T ad\u0131na da bir avukat haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Taraflar\u0131n yoklamas\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan duru\u015fma salonunda iki san\u0131klara destek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da gazeteci ve milletvekili de haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Duru\u015fmaya gelen iki gazeteciye destek vermek i\u00e7in adliye \u00f6n\u00fcnde kalabal\u0131k bir grup topland\u0131. \u0130ki gazeteci burada bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. Adliye \u00f6n\u00fcndeki a\u00e7\u0131klamada yer alan CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Sezgin Tanr\u0131kulu, G\u00fcrsel Tekin, Mahmut Tanal, Bar\u0131\u015f Yarkada\u015f ile HDP Milletvekili Meral Dan\u0131\u015f Bekta\u015f\u2019ta gazetecilere destek verdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGAZETEC\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 SAVUNMAYA GELD\u0130K\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nAdliyeye e\u015fi Dilek D\u00fcndar ile birlikte gelen Can D\u00fcndar, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 haberin arkas\u0131nda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve beraatlerini isteyeceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201cBug\u00fcn buraya gazetecili\u011fi savunmaya geldik\u201d diyen D\u00fcndar \u201cDaha \u00f6ncede burada toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yine gazetecili\u011fi savunaca\u011f\u0131z, halk\u0131n ger\u00e7ekleri \u00f6\u011frenme hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunaca\u011f\u0131z dedik, tutukland\u0131k. Anayasa Mahkemesi&#8217;nin karar\u0131 ile serbest kald\u0131k. \u0130lk duru\u015fmam\u0131za geldik. Sadece bizim davam\u0131z de\u011fil. \u0130\u00e7eride tutuklu arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z var, onlar\u0131nda hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunaca\u011f\u0131z. Onlar\u0131 da a\u015fan bir dava bu. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hukuk var m\u0131 Anayasa Mahkemesi&#8217;nin ger\u00e7ekten h\u00fckm\u00fc ge\u00e7ecek mi onu g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan eminiz.
