Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in 5 ekim 2012 tarihinde Esenler Havaalan\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019nde ilk kazmay\u0131 vurmu\u015ftuk. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamland\u0131. \u0130n\u015fallah \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ay hak sahiplerine anahtarlar\u0131 teslim edilecek. Bu b\u00f6lgede 2 bin 373 konut ve 55 i\u015f yeri yap\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc bir hayal olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131p fiilen ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f oluyoruz. \u00dclkemizde bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede yeniden yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken 6 milyondan fazla konut var. 48 ilimizde 179 alan riskli ilan edilerek kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bulunuyor. 21 ilimizde 37 bin 782 dekar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir yer rezerv yap\u0131 alan\u0131 olarak tespit edilmi\u015f durumda. Valilik ve belediyelerimiz de riskli bina tespitinde g\u00f6rev al\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l sonu itibariyle 93 binan\u0131n 312 bin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z biriminde riskli yap\u0131 tespiti ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Korkun\u00e7 bir \u015fey. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kira yard\u0131m\u0131 dahil kullan\u0131lan kaynak 2 milyar TL\u2019yi vurdu.
