HSYK\u2019dan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 adli ve idari yarg\u0131 ana kararnamelerine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n, 05 Haziran 2016 tarihi itibar\u0131yla sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131larak karara ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, &#8220;2016 y\u0131l\u0131 adli ve idari yarg\u0131 ana kararnameleri, meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n e\u015flerinin atamalar\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenim durumlar\u0131n\u0131 planlayabilmeleri amac\u0131yla, ilan edilen takvime uygun olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kararname sonras\u0131 adli ve idari yarg\u0131da bo\u015f kalan kadrolara ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanan kur\u2019a kararnameleri ile atamalar yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r&#8221; denildi. &#8220;Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00f6rev yerlerinden ayr\u0131lmalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin tebligatlar kararname takviminde belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere 15 Haziran 2016 tarihinden itibaren g\u00f6nderilecektir&#8221; denilen a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Kararnameye ili\u015fkin yeniden inceleme talebi olanlar\u0131n, durumlar\u0131n\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce kesinle\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla, tebligat yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemeksizin taleplerini en ge\u00e7 16 Haziran 2016 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar UYAP personel ekran\u0131ndan \u201cAtanma Talep Formu\u201d nun a\u00e7\u0131klama k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 doldurmak suretiyle yapmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca fiziki olarak dilek\u00e7e g\u00f6ndermelerine gerek bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fcstemir yetkiye ili\u015fkin taleplerini 13 Haziran 2016 g\u00fcn\u00fc mesai bitimine kadar UYAP Personel Rol\u00fcnde bulunan \u201cM\u00fcstemir Yetki Talep Formu\u201d ekran\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak suretiyle g\u00f6ndermeleri gerekmektedir. Bu tarihten sonra g\u00f6nderilen m\u00fcstemir yetki talepleri kabul edilmeyecektir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin onay\u0131 verilmi\u015f olup da hen\u00fcz izne ba\u015flamam\u0131\u015f olan kararnameye tabi adl\u00ee yarg\u0131 h\u00e2kim ve Cumhuriyet savc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k izin onaylar\u0131 iptal edilmi\u015ftir.
