S\u00f6z konusu bu askeri personelin bir\u00e7o\u011fu, farkl\u0131 seviyelerde y\u00f6netimden sorumlu personeldir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7in Savunma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc, hedefin idari ayg\u0131t\u0131 daha elveri\u015fli\u00a0bir hale getirmek ve yeni bir reform ile yap\u0131land\u0131rmak oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.
