Kompleks karbonhidratlar ise tok tutucudur, \u00e7abucak kana kar\u0131\u015fmaz ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n8) Tatl\u0131, pasta, kurabiyeye kar\u015f\u0131 kat\u0131 olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.
