B\u00f6ylece ili\u015fkilerin normale d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle ilgili s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu. Bu mutabakat metni yar\u0131n D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan ve \u0130srail taraf\u0131ndan da muhatab\u0131 ile imzalanacak. O imzadan sonra onay s\u00fcre\u00e7leri var. \u0130srail’de onay Bakanlar Kurulu’nda kabinede bizde ise Meclis’te tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olacak. \n“31 May\u0131s 2010 tarihinde insani yard\u0131m ta\u015f\u0131yan Mavi Marmara Gemisine yap\u0131lan bask\u0131n sonucu diplomatik ili\u015fkilerimizi \u0130srail ile ask\u0131ya alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u0130laven 2013 Mart ay\u0131nda \u0130srail Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Netanyahu Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za o d\u00f6nemde Ba\u015fbakan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 telefonla arayarak bu olaydan dolay\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemi\u015fti. B\u00f6ylece bu anla\u015fmaya giden yolda ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 atm\u0131\u015f idik. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye’nin \u015fartlar\u0131 sadece \u00f6z\u00fcrle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. \u0130ki tane daha \u00f6nemli \u015fart\u0131 vard\u0131. Bunlardan bir tanesi \u00f6zellikle Filistin’e Gazze’ye uygulanan ambargolar\u0131n hafifletilmesi ve buraya insani yard\u0131mlar\u0131n yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131. Di\u011fer konu da bu Mavi Marmara bask\u0131n\u0131nda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tazminat \u00f6denmesi. Bu iki hususta bu mutabakat metninde karar alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re Mavi Marmara olay\u0131nda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yak\u0131nlar\u0131na tazminat \u00f6denecektir. Bu tazminat da 20 milyon dolar tutar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Mutabakat\u0131n bu kadar uzun s\u00fcrmesinin as\u0131l maddesi ise Filistin’de Gazze’de ya\u015fayan Filistinlilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklard\u0131r, izolasyondur ve d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyadan gerekli yard\u0131mlar\u0131, deste\u011fi \u0130srail’in engellemesinden dolay\u0131 elde edememeleridir. Bu hususta uzun uzun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Nihayet burada bir karara var\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu amaca y\u00f6nelik olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc ilk gemimiz \u0130srail’in A\u015fdod Liman\u0131na 10 bin tonu a\u015fk\u0131n insani yard\u0131mla birlikte hareket edecektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla oradaki ambargo da T\u00fcrkiye’nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ortadan kalkm\u0131\u015f oluyor.”<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Gazze’de kaba in\u015faat\u0131 tamamlanan 200 yatakl\u0131 Filistin T\u00fcrkiye dostluk hastanesinin de i\u00e7 donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131larak biran \u00f6nce hizmete al\u0131nmas\u0131 bu mutabakatta anla\u015f\u0131lan di\u011fer bir husus. Ayr\u0131ca TOK\u0130’nin Gazze’de konut projesi var. Bunun da \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc bu \u015fekilde a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Cenin b\u00f6lgesindeki Erez sanayi b\u00f6lgesinin yap\u0131m\u0131na h\u0131z verilmesi konusu da bu mutabakat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geliyor. Var\u0131lan mutabakat\u0131n \u00fclkemize Filistinli karde\u015flerimize hay\u0131rl\u0131 u\u011furlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
