Mevcut k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn engellemi\u015f oldu\u011fu su ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n suyun alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131yla tekrar sa\u011flanarak Hali\u00e7\u2019in temizlenmesine \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. \u00dc\u00e7 \u015ferit geli\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7 \u015ferit gidi\u015f olmak \u00fczere k\u00f6pr\u00fc toplam 900 metre uzunlu\u011funda olacak<\/p>\n

Proje ile birlikte Hali\u00e7 k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndaki tarihi yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli hedef olacak ve Hali\u00e7 kenarlar\u0131 yeniden tanzim edilerek yeni rekreasyon ve ye\u015fil alanlar kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak. Proje yap\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7evreye ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fama olumsuz etkiler en aza indirgenecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131 belirli mesafelerde kapal\u0131 tutulurken \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemeleri ve peyzaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Karak\u00f6y \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan Per\u015fembe Pazar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi yeniden d\u00fczenlemeye tabi tutulacak. Tarihi doku korunarak parklar, oyun ve spor alanlar\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131, etkinlik alanlar\u0131 yer alacak ve b\u00f6lge sosyal ya\u015fama a\u00e7\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

TAR\u0130H YEN\u0130DEN CANLANIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mimar Sinan\u2019\u0131n in\u015fa etti\u011fi Hali\u00e7\u2019in incilerinden Sokullu Mehmet Pa\u015fa Camii ve \u00e7evresi yeniden d\u00fczenlemeye tabi olacak. Ayr\u0131ca camii \u00e7evresinden bulunan Saliha Sultan \u00c7e\u015fmesi ve \u00e7evresi d\u00fczenlenip canland\u0131r\u0131lacak. Altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden Alibeyk\u00f6y – Emin\u00f6n\u00fc tramvay hatt\u0131 projesi \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Hali\u00e7\u2019te sosyal ya\u015fam daha da keyifli olacak.<\/p>\n

Unkapan\u0131 karayolu t\u00fcnel ge\u00e7i\u015f projesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mevcut k\u00f6pr\u00fc kald\u0131r\u0131larak yaya ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 Karak\u00f6y\u2019den Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa\u2019ya oradan da Hask\u00f6y\u2019e kadar deklerle sa\u011flanacak. Yer yer y\u00fczer iskeleler olacak. 6 YEN\u0130 METRO HATTI GEL\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131ma ay\u0131ran \u0130BB metro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na h\u0131z verdi. \u0130stanbul\u2019a 12 y\u0131lda 98 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m yapan \u0130BB\u2019nin 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 16,3 milyar liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi bulunuyor. \u0130BB, Temmuz ve A\u011fustos\u2019ta 6 metro hatt\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihale yapacak. Kirazl\u0131-Halkal\u0131 metrosu in\u015faat ve elektromekanik i\u015fleri, otopark ve depo alan\u0131 in\u015fas\u0131 ihalesi A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenecek. 9,7 kilometre uzunlu\u011fa sahip olacak olan metro hatt\u0131nda 9 istasyon bulunacak. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Bah\u00e7elievler ve Ba\u011fc\u0131lar il\u00e7elerinden ge\u00e7ecek hatla trafik yo\u011funlu\u011funun da azalmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yer teslimi yap\u0131larak i\u015fe ba\u015flanacak. \u0130\u015fin s\u00fcresi, yer tesliminden itibaren bin 20 g\u00fcn olarak belirlendi.Ba\u015fak\u015fehir-Kaya\u015fehir metro hatt\u0131 da A\u011fustos\u2019ta ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. 6 kilometre hat \u00fczerinde 4 istasyondan olu\u015fan Ba\u015fak\u015fehir-Kaya\u015fehir metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yer teslimi yap\u0131larak ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve 900 g\u00fcnde tamamlanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ekmek\u00f6y-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli Metrosu ile Sar\u0131gazi (Hastane)-Ta\u015fdelen-Yenido\u011fan Metrosu \u0130n\u015faat ve Elektromekanik Sistemler Temin, Montaj ve \u0130\u015fletmeye Alma \u0130\u015fleri yap\u0131m i\u015fi yine A\u011fustos\u2019ta ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. 17,8 kilometrelik hatta 14 istasyon bulunacak, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar\u2019dan Sultanbeyli\u2019ye kesintisiz ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n

ESENYURT\u2019A METRO GEL\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00dcmraniye-Ata\u015fehir-G\u00f6ztepe metrosuna ili\u015fkin ihale A\u011fustos\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 13 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki hatta, 11 istasyon bulunacak. \u0130\u015fin yap\u0131m s\u00fcresi ise yer tesliminden itibaren bin 20 takvim g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Mahmutbey-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir-Esenyurt metro hatt\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihalenin de detaylar\u0131 belli oldu. \u0130stanbul\u2019un Ba\u011fc\u0131lar, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Avc\u0131lar, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir ve Esenyurt il\u00e7elerini etkileyecek olan hatt\u0131n ihalesi A\u011fustos\u2019ta yap\u0131lacak. 18,5 kilometre hat \u00fczerinde 11 istasyondan olu\u015fan Mahmutbey-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir-Esenyurt metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f s\u00fcresi, yer tesliminden itibaren bin 80 g\u00fcn olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Kaynarca-Pendik-Tuzla metro hatt\u0131na ili\u015fkin ihale A\u011fustos\u2019ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 kilometrelik hatta 8 istasyon olacak. Bu ihalede i\u015f s\u00fcresi bin 20 g\u00fcn olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

EN B\u00dcY\u00dcK TRANSFER MERKEZ\u0130 : KABATA\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cKabata\u015f Meydan D\u00fczenlemesi Transfer Merkezi ile \u0130skelelerin Yenilenmesi \u0130n\u015faat\u0131\u201d 28 Temmuz\u2019da ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Kabata\u015f Meydan\u0131\u2019nda rayl\u0131 sistem, deniz ve karayolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fiyor. Proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde; 83 bin metrekarelik bir alanda yayala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yeni bir meydan d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Vapur, deniz otob\u00fcs\u00fc ve motor iskeleleri yenileniyor. Dolmabah\u00e7e-F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki trafi\u011fi yeralt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor. Meydan alt\u0131nda m\u00fcze, sergi salonlar\u0131 ve otopark in\u015fa ediliyor.<\/p>\n
