Tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderilen otob\u00fcs muavini, 1 Temmuz g\u00fcn\u00fc Gebze 2’nci Asliye Ceza Mahkemesinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmas\u0131nda verdi\u011fi ifadede, \u201cFeribotta a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 dekolte giyinmi\u015f bir bayan g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Sabah\u0131n verdi\u011fi mahmurlukla tahrik oldum. Kaptan\u0131n kahvesini verdikten sonra feribottaki lavabolara bakt\u0131m. Ama lavabolar doluydu. Otob\u00fcse geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcm. Otob\u00fcs\u00fcn konta\u011f\u0131 kapal\u0131 oldu\u011fundan i\u00e7 \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 yanm\u0131yordu ve karanl\u0131kt\u0131. Otob\u00fcs\u00fcn arka taraf\u0131na ge\u00e7tim. Elime bir bardak alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Burada mast\u00fcrbasyon yapt\u0131m. Otob\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne do\u011fru ilerlerken otob\u00fcs\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde bulunan \u00e7\u00f6pleri toplamaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. \u00d6nce bir servis masas\u0131ndan yar\u0131m dolu olan plastik su barda\u011f\u0131 ve gazeteyi ald\u0131m. Bu \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6pleri toplay\u0131p ilerlerken m\u00fc\u015ftekinin uyudu\u011fu b\u00f6l\u00fcme geldim. M\u00fc\u015fteki ba\u015f taraf\u0131 koridora do\u011fru d\u00f6n\u00fck ayaklar\u0131 cam taraf\u0131na do\u011fru uyuyordu. Benim de elimde \u00e7\u00f6p olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m gazete par\u00e7alar\u0131, yar\u0131m dolu plastik su barda\u011f\u0131 ve i\u00e7inde spermlerim olan di\u011fer bardak vard\u0131. M\u00fc\u015ftekinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki \u00e7\u00f6pleri almak i\u00e7in uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131mda elimdeki bardaklar d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc. M\u00fc\u015fteki uyand\u0131 ve ba\u015f\u0131mda beni g\u00f6r\u00fcnce hafiften \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131k atarak ba\u011f\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 ve ‘sen ne yap\u0131yorsun?’ dedi. Ben de \u00fczerine su d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131zacak bir \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledim. Ard\u0131ndan da ben oradan ayr\u0131ld\u0131m. Bunun \u00fczerine araban\u0131n i\u00e7 \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yakt\u0131k. M\u00fc\u015fteki koltuktaki lekeleri g\u00f6sterip ‘muavininiz benim ba\u015f\u0131mda mast\u00fcrbasyon yapt\u0131’ dedi. Olay daha sonra jandarmaya intikal etti” demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn Gebze Adliyesinde bulunan Gebze 2.Asliye Ceza Mahkemesinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen karar duru\u015fmas\u0131na muavin G\u00f6khan G. ile muavinden \u015fikayet\u00e7i olan otob\u00fcs firmas\u0131n\u0131n avukat\u0131 Bur\u00e7in Ba\u015fak kat\u0131ld\u0131. Halim taraf\u0131ndan son beyan\u0131 sorulan muavin G\u00f6khan G. ilk duru\u015fmada verdi\u011fi ifadesini kabul ederek, \u201c\u00d6ncelikle m\u00fc\u015ftekiyi bu duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm i\u00e7in pi\u015fman\u0131m ve vicdan azab\u0131 \u00e7ekiyorum. Metro Turizm’e ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce 12 y\u0131l kadar gece kul\u00fcb\u00fc ve benzeri yerlerde garson olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Herhangi bir kad\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fteriyi rahats\u0131z etti\u011fime dair herhangi bir \u015fikayet almad\u0131m. Ma\u011fdurun \u00f6n\u00fcnde arkas\u0131nda, sa\u011f\u0131nda ve solunda erkek ve bayan yolcular bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ben ba\u015f\u0131ma gelen bu olay\u0131 bir ahmakl\u0131k ve \u015fans\u0131zl\u0131k olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum. Dolu bir otob\u00fcste b\u00f6yle bir olay\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemeyece\u011finin mahkememizce dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorum. A\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131m ortamda bu \u015fekilde bir eylemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmem i\u00e7in kafam\u0131n yerinde olmamas\u0131 gerekir. Benim de k\u0131z karde\u015fim ve bayan akrabalar\u0131m var. Bu \u015fekilde bir olay\u0131 tasvip etmiyorum. Muavin olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde zaman zaman otob\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00e7ok tenha oldu\u011fu durumlar s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur. Yine benim bu \u015fekilde art niyetim olsa yolcunun i\u00e7ece\u011fine bir \u015feyler katarak bu olay\u0131 yapma imkan\u0131m mevcuttur. Mahkeme vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu kararda G\u00f6khan G.\u2019ye a\u00e7\u0131lan \u2018Hayas\u0131zca Hakaret\u2019 su\u00e7lamas\u0131ndan beraatine karar verirken, \u2018Cinsel Sald\u0131r\u0131\u2019 su\u00e7undan ceza verdi.
