Ama\u00e7lanan hususlardan bir tanesi darbe giri\u015fimi alg\u0131 operasyonu olabilir. Bir anlamda da \u00f6zellikle ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin hedeflemi\u015f ya da yararlanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu propaganda y\u00f6ntemlerinden bir tanesidir. \u00d6rg\u00fctler \u00f6zellikle sosyal medya \u00fczerinden giri\u015fmi\u015f oldu\u011fu sanal eylemlerle, asl\u0131nda kitleler \u00fczerinde etki olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu etki ile ama\u00e7lanan ise vatanda\u015flarda korku ve endi\u015fe olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sanal ortamda bu t\u00fcr eylemler kolayl\u0131kla sanal ter\u00f6r eylemi olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu eylemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirenler de web ter\u00f6r gerillalar\u0131 \u015feklinde ama\u00e7lar\u0131na sahip olabiliyor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDevlet dezenformasyon hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirmeli\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00d6rg\u00fct mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n sosyal medyada yapt\u0131klar\u0131 dezenformasyon ve kirli propagandayla fiili eylem ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiremeseler bile etkili olabileceklerine i\u015faret eden Prof. Dr. Tosun, mutlaka yay\u0131lan dezenformasyonun iyi bir \u015fekilde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p, h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde tespit edilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bu noktada devlet yetkililerin harekete ge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Tosun, \u201cDevlet taraf\u0131ndan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yay\u0131nlanan dezenformasyon ile ilgili mutlaka bilgilendirilmesi gerekiyor. Sosyal medyadan hedeflenenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla (K\u0130T) yan\u0131t verilmelidir. Sadece devlet de\u011fil \u00f6zel televizyon ve radyo kanallar\u0131n\u0131n da sosyal medyadan akan kirli propagandaya kar\u015f\u0131, teyit edilmi\u015f, g\u00fcvenilir haberi kitlelere ula\u015ft\u0131rma konusunda uyan\u0131k ve aktif olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Teyit edilmeyen bilginin \u00f6zellikle bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda her zaman i\u00e7in riski vard\u0131r.
