A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan taraf\u0131ndan tutukland\u0131.Paralel Devlet Yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 (PDY) kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015flat\u0131lan soru\u015fturmada KOM Ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan i\u015f adamlar\u0131 Ali Takmakl\u0131 ile Mehmet Takmakl\u0131 ve \u00dcnal Takmakl\u0131 d\u00fcn saat 18:45 sular\u0131nda Nazilli Adliyesi’ne getirildi. Gece yar\u0131s\u0131 ba\u015flayan duru\u015fma, yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 saat s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Taraflar\u0131 dinleyen mahkeme heyeti sabaha kar\u015f\u0131 03.45 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda karar\u0131n\u0131 vererek, \u00fcnl\u00fc i\u015f adamlar\u0131n\u0131n tutuklanmas\u0131na h\u00fckmetti. \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcyle kar\u015f\u0131lanan karar sonras\u0131nda 3 karde\u015f, polis ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla cezaevine nakledildi. \u0130ddiaya g\u00f6re, a\u011f\u0131r ceza hakiminin karde\u015fler aras\u0131ndaki ifade \u00e7arp\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u015firket ve evlerde yap\u0131lan aramalarda ele ge\u00e7irilen baz\u0131 delillere dayanarak, tutuklama karar\u0131 verdi\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n
