Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Dura\u011fan\u2019da saat 18.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan bir kavga b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek toplumsal olaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bir anda sava\u015f alan\u0131na d\u00f6nen il\u00e7ede bir\u00e7ok ev ve i\u015f yeri hasar g\u00f6r\u00fcrken, onlarca otomobilin camlar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7\u0131kan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 engellemekte emniyet g\u00fc\u00e7leri yetersiz kal\u0131nca Samsun ve Kastamonu\u2019dan takviye ekip istendi. \u0130l\u00e7eye gelen polis ve jandarma ekipleri kent merkezinde geni\u015f g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemi ald\u0131. Kaymakaml\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan kriz merkezi olu\u015fturulurken, il\u00e7ede soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 ilan edildi. Silah, ta\u015f ve sopalar\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kavgada 15 ki\u015fi yaraland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\nDura\u011fan Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan konuyla ilgili yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c11 Eyl\u00fcl tarihinde saat 18.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda il\u00e7emizde meydana gelen iki grup aras\u0131ndaki s\u00f6zl\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131 kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen toplumsal olayda, ta\u015fl\u0131 sopal\u0131 kavga ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131, kavga esnas\u0131nda silahl\u0131 bir grubun kavgaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u00fczerine ate\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, kavgada gerek ta\u015f ve sopa gerekse silahla a\u00e7\u0131lan ate\u015f sonras\u0131 15 yaral\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir. Yaralananlar, derhal olay yerine gelen ambulansla \u0130l\u00e7e Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne ve Sinop Devlet Hastanesi\u2019ne sevk edilmi\u015ftir. Arife g\u00fcn\u00fcnde al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kan masum vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmemesi i\u00e7in \u0130l\u00e7emiz Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir. 12 Eyl\u00fcl g\u00fcn\u00fc Kurban Bayram\u0131 olmas\u0131 m\u00fcnasebetiyle soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 bayram namaz\u0131nda kald\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
