Uygulama ticari taksi, ticari minib\u00fcs ve servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u015eOF Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Y\u0131lmaz, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma arac\u0131 kullan\u0131m belgesi ile hizmet kalitesinin artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve her \u00f6n\u00fcne gelenin taksi, minib\u00fcs ve servis arac\u0131 kullanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, denetimlerin daha da artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Yeni uygulaman\u0131n 1 Ocak 2017\u2019den itibaren ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cUKOME \u0130stanbul da \u015fof\u00f6rler i\u00e7in toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma arac\u0131 (ticari ta\u015f\u0131t) kullan\u0131m belgesi \u015fart\u0131 getirdi. Ticari ta\u015f\u0131t kullan\u0131m belgesi ile hizmet kalitesinin y\u00fckseltilmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygulama ticari taksi, ticari minib\u00fcs ve servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. (Ticari ta\u015f\u0131t kullan\u0131m belgesi) kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresi iki y\u0131l olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Belgeye haiz \u015fof\u00f6rler 2 y\u0131lda bir e\u011fitim tekrar\u0131 yapacaklar. Tekrar e\u011fitim sonras\u0131nda 5 kez \u00fcst \u00fcste ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olan adaylar 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcre ile bu belgeye y\u00f6nelik ba\u015fvuru yapamayacaklar ve ticari bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 kullanamayacaklar\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHata yapana ceza puan\u0131\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nTicari ta\u015f\u0131tlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fof\u00f6rler i\u00e7in \u015fof\u00f6r hizmet kalite puan\u0131 uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilece\u011fini de dile getiren Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cHer \u015fof\u00f6r i\u00e7in toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma arac\u0131 ticari ta\u015f\u0131t kullan\u0131m belgesini ilk al\u0131mlar\u0131nda 100 hizmet kalite puan\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Karayolunda ticari ama\u00e7la ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k yapan ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131 ve \u015fof\u00f6rlere y\u00f6nelik kamu ve trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi yapt\u0131r\u0131m cetveli ve karayolunda ticari ama\u00e7la ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k yapan ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131 ve \u015fof\u00f6rlere y\u00f6nelik hizmet kalite kesintisi yapt\u0131r\u0131m cetvelinde yer alan ihlallere g\u00f6re kalite puan\u0131 uygulanacak. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma arac\u0131 (ticari ta\u015f\u0131t kullan\u0131m) belge sahibi \u015fof\u00f6rlerin 100 hizmet kalite puan\u0131n\u0131 doldurduktan sonra sahip olduklar\u0131 belgeleri 6 ay s\u00fcre ile ask\u0131ya al\u0131nacak ve e\u011fitim tekrar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak s\u0131nav ile yeniden belge alabilecekler (Kamu ve trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na esas olan ihlaller hari\u00e7). Mesleki yeterlilik kanununda yer alan ulusal meslek standard\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesi ve uygun ta\u015f\u0131t s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc sertifikas\u0131na sahibi olunmas\u0131 halinde sistem alt yap\u0131s\u0131 zaman sa\u011flanarak istenecektir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cUygulama 1 Ocak 2017\u2019de ba\u015fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nTicari ta\u015f\u0131t s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesi alacak olan \u015fof\u00f6rlere getirilen yapt\u0131r\u0131m cetvelinde ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131rken telefonla konu\u015fmak, yolcuya kaba davranmak, sigara i\u00e7mek, hareket halinde yolcuyu ve \u00e7evreyi rahats\u0131z edici \u015fekilde radyo veya CD \u00e7alar kullanmak, k\u0131sa mesafe yolcuyu almamak gibi bir\u00e7ok istenmeyen hata yapan her s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc i\u00e7in \u015fof\u00f6r hizmet kalite puan\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cDo\u011frusunu s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu.
