Siirt 1\u2019inci A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen iddianamede Bak\u0131rhan\u2019\u0131n, 2014, 2015 ve 2016 y\u0131llar\u0131nda 18 kez, \u2019Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yapmak\u2019, 2 kez \u2019Kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 toplant\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc d\u00fczenlemek veya y\u00f6netmek\u2019 ve \u2019Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc \u00fcyesi olmak\u2019 su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fledi\u011fi belirtilerek, 114 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131yla cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 istendi.<\/p>\n<p>Bak\u0131rhan\u2019\u0131n Siirt merkez ve il\u00e7elerinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK mensubu \u00fcyelerinin cenaze t\u00f6renlerine kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekilen iddianamede, bu cenazeler i\u00e7in belediyenin ara\u00e7 tahsis etti\u011fini ve buralarda ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ddianamede, Bak\u0131rhan\u2019\u0131n ifadesine de yer verildi. Bak\u0131rhan ifadesinde, belediye ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde binlerce cenazeye kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, T\u00fcrk, K\u00fcrt, Arap veya ba\u015fka milletten olup olmamas\u0131na, siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ne oldu\u011funa bakmaks\u0131z\u0131n cenaze ara\u00e7lar\u0131 tahsis edildi\u011fini, kendisinin de ayr\u0131m yapmadan bu cenazelere kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu.
