Resmi Gazetenin m\u00fckerer say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan kararnamelere g\u00f6re; Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan 149 asker g\u00f6revden al\u0131nd\u0131, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan 838 personelin ili\u015fi\u011fi kesildi, 649 akademisyenin g\u00f6revine son verildi, 20 ilde 83 dernek ve vak\u0131f kapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klanan KHK ile birlikte ilkokul mezunlar\u0131na uzman onba\u015f\u0131 ve uzman \u00e7avu\u015f olabilme imkan\u0131 getirildi. Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle birlikte polis, internet abonelerinin kimli\u011fine ula\u015fabilecek.<\/p>\n

\nAsayi\u015fe M\u00fcessir Baz\u0131 Fiillerin \u00d6nlenmesi Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 1 inci maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n birinci c\u00fcmlesinde yer alan \u201cPolis ve jandarma\u201d ibaresi \u201cPolis, jandarma ve sahil g\u00fcvenlik\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

\nOHAL kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan 680 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararname\u2019ye g\u00f6re; Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerine veya Milli G\u00fcvenlik Kurulunca devletin milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 faaliyette bulundu\u011funa karar verilen yap\u0131, olu\u015fum veya gruplara iltisak\u0131 veya irtibat\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilen ki\u015filer, \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik alan\u0131nda faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u015firket veya birimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015famayacak. Kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan personel, TBMM kararlar\u0131na dayan\u0131larak T\u00fcrk Silahl\u0131 Kuvvetleri personelinin g\u00f6nderilmesine karar verilen \u00fclkelerde ge\u00e7ici olarak g\u00f6rev yapmak \u00fczere g\u00f6revlendirilebilecek.<\/p>\n
