Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cOHAL Kapsam\u0131nda Kimlik Bildirme Kanununda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re; \u0130lgili kanunun 2. maddesinde yer alan tesislere \u2018g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik kiralanan evler\u2019 ibaresi eklenerek bu t\u00fcr yerlerin kanun kapsam\u0131nda kimlik bildiriminde bulunmalar\u0131 h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu h\u00fckme uymayanlara m\u00fclki idare amirlerince 10 bin TL, anl\u0131k veri g\u00f6ndermeyen veya ger\u00e7e\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 kay\u0131t tutanlara 5 bin TL idari para cezas\u0131 verilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kanunun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten itibaren; 2 bin 802 i\u015fletme tespit edilmi\u015f, bin 20\u2019si kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, 214 tesis kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 327 tesise 476 bin 485 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
