M\u00fc\u015fteki, tan\u0131klar, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin ifadelerinden ve yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak Mersin\u2019de 46 i\u015f adam\u0131n\u0131n 17-25 Aral\u0131k 2013\u2019ten sonra FET\u00d6 faaliyetlerine devam etti\u011fi ve bu \u00f6rg\u00fcte finans sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n talimat\u0131yla 9 Ocak’ta Mersin \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince d\u00fczenlenen e\u015f zamanl\u0131 ilk operasyonlarda i\u015f adamlar\u0131 Abdullah B., Mehmet B., \u0130sak \u0130., Erhan G., Mustafa G., \u0130brahim O., Osman Y., Yasin E., Mehmet \u0130., S\u00fcleyman O., \u00c7etin B., Erhan I., Recep \u00d6., Fayik \u00c7., \u0130rfan B., Ali T., B\u00fcnyamin D., Hasan A., Veysel Umut \u00c7., Kenan \u0130., Hasan \u0130., Ali K., Emrah B., Ali M., Faik B., Murat H., Kadri T., Mustafa D., Demet D., Sebahattin \u00d6. ve Mahmut \u00d6. g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u015e\u00fcphelilerin ev ve i\u015f yerlerinde yap\u0131lan aramalarda 2 adet ruhsatl\u0131 av t\u00fcfe\u011fi ve ona ait 52 fi\u015fek, 4 adet ruhsatl\u0131 tabanca ve 5 adet \u015farj\u00f6r, bin 626 fi\u015fe\u011fin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra FET\u00d6 eleba\u015f\u0131 Fetullah G\u00fclen\u2019e ait CD ve 1 dolar ile \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6rg\u00fctsel dok\u00fcmanlar ele ge\u00e7irildi. Ekipler, hakk\u0131nda yakalama karar\u0131 bulunan 15 ki\u015fiyle ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ikinci operasyonda ise 4 ki\u015fiyi daha g\u00f6zalt\u0131na ald\u0131. Yakalama karar\u0131 bulunan \u015f\u00fcphelilerden 6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu, 6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n ise arand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en hafta adliyeye sevk edilen 17 i\u015f adam\u0131 ise ilk \u00f6nce mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan savc\u0131n\u0131n itiraz\u0131 \u00fczerine tekrardan g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
\nD\u00fcn de 17 i\u015f adam\u0131 daha yo\u011fun g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri alt\u0131nda adliyeye sevk edildi. Gece ge\u00e7 saatlere kadar s\u00fcren ifade alma i\u015fleminin ard\u0131ndan mahkeme, 17 ki\u015finin tutuklanmas\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n
